dotsearch.us republishes public FMCSA registration records. You have two options: correct the official record at its source, or ask us to suppress your personal contact details from this site.

1. Correct the official FMCSA record

The authoritative data lives with the FMCSA, not with us. Update your carrier record (address, phone, officers) by filing an MCS-150 update with the FMCSA. Changes flow into dotsearch.us automatically within about a week of FMCSA publishing them.

2. Request suppression on dotsearch.us

To ask us to hide a personal phone number, email address, or officer name on dotsearch.us, submit the request form on this page (open it in a browser) with the carrier’s USDOT number. Approved suppressions hide those details across the site.

Suppression is a voluntary courtesy offered at our sole discretion for public-record data - submitting a request does not create any obligation, and no timeframe or outcome is guaranteed (see Terms). The underlying FMCSA record remains public at the official SAFER site regardless of any suppression here.
